PLANNING

When should you make your wine? We recommend that you make your wine at least 3-12 months in advance of your event.  Our wine improve significantly with aging ensuring your guests they will be drinking the wine at its peak.  The grade of wine you choose will determine how long you will need to age it.  The friendly staff at Jake’s has helped many people make wines for special events and would be more than happy to assist you in choosing the right wine for your special occasion.
