OVERVIEW
Jake’s
Windsor Brew carries many grape varieties and styles of wine to
please anyone from the beginning winemaker to the more exquisite
palate. Jake's uses only
Winexpert products, which is the world's largest manufacturer of
premium wine kits, to ensure the utmost quality!
Listed below are the different grades and quality levels of
wine carried at Jake’s, there are as many different types and styles
of wines as there are people and their different tastes. The
friendly helpful staff at Jake’s will be more than happy to help you
pick the right type of wine for you. You may also want to try the
search by flavour profile calculator provided by
Winexpert.

BATCH SIZE
Please
see Wine Categories below for batch size. A 23 litres wine batch
will produce 30 x 750ml
bottles of wine. Corks are always included and labels and shrinks are
available at a nominal charge (labels = $3.50 for 30 and shrinks are
10cents each). Personalized labels and
packages are
also available.
COST
All of
our prices include tax and are in Canadian dollars. Prices
range from $85 CDN
to $209 CDN
for wine made on the premises.

PROCESS
It is a 4-8 week
process
(depending on type) before your wine is ready. You do
not have to bottle your wine after 4-8 weeks if it is not convenient,
you can leave the wine in our cooler for up to an additional 3-4 weeks until you
are ready to bottle.

CONTAINERS
You can bottle your wine in almost any
style wine bottle. Bring in your own glass bottles or purchase
750ml bottles from us. If you are going to save bottles for your
wine
please be sure to rinse them out right away as mold will grow
quickly in your bottles. Corks are
always included and labels and shrinks are available at a nominal
charge (labels = $3.50 for 30 and shrinks are $0.10 each).
